Dear Parent/Carer,
I hope you are well and would like to start by thanking you for all of your support since the launch of Black Country Alternative Provision as we approach the end of the Autumn Term; as always it is much appreciated. I am writing to remind you of arrangements for the end of the Autumn Term and the start of the Spring Term.
Firstly, a reminder that the Autumn Term finishes on Friday 20th December at 12.30pm. A reminder too that the Spring Term begins on Wednesday 8th January for all students.
Secondly, if you need anything from us over the holiday period, our Designated Safeguarding Lead Nikki Fernandes will be working at certain points and as always, can be contacted directly at: nfernandes@lawnswood.co.uk. If a child is at risk of immediate harm, then please call 999, or if you need any further support around safeguarding concerns, you can call Wolverhampton MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) on 01902 555392. Fuller details around safeguarding generally can also be found on the dedicated section of our website at www.lawnswood.org.uk.
If you or your child find yourself experiencing any form of mental health crisis, you can call NHS 111 which has now introduced a bespoke option for urgent mental health support (option two). Please note that if you would prefer to text this service, you can do this using the number 07860 025 281.
In a new development, you can now also follow the latest updates and get in touch with us on a wide variety of social media platforms by following the links below:
