Diary Date Update as at May 23 2025
Dear Parent/Carer,
Important: revision of academic year 2025/26 term dates
I need to apologise and hope that this will not be too inconvenient to you and your families but looking ahead to next year it was brought to our attention that the dates published for next Easter holiday 2026 were not in line with the neighbouring LAs. I’m not sure how that happened and can only apologise. To minimise any disruption for families and staff members City of Wolverhampton Council has amended its dates on its web site so that we are aligned with the region. It will also affect the end of the summer term.

Autumn Term 2025 (total days 75):
Monday 1 September 2025 to Friday 19 December 2025
Half term: Monday 27 October 2025 to Friday 7th November 2025 (two weeks half term for BCAP)
Christmas Holiday: Monday 22 December 2025 to Friday 2 January 2026
Bank Holidays: Thursday 25 December 2025, Friday 26 December 2025 and Thursday 1 January 2026
Spring Term:
Monday 5 January 2026 to Friday 27 March 2026
Half term: Monday 16 February 2026 to Friday 20 February 2026
Easter Holiday: Monday 30 March 2026 to Friday 10 April 2026
Bank Holidays: Friday 3 April 2026 and Monday 6 April 2026
Summer Term:
Monday 13 April 2026 to Friday 24th July 2026
Half term: Monday 25 May 2026 to Friday 29 May 2026
Bank Holidays: Monday 4 May 2026 and Monday 25 May 2026
